Details This coin commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Decree of the New Reformation of 1866. The design shows the main hall of 'Casa de la Vall', the seat of the Andorra Parliament).

The New Reformation was a major milestones in the history of Andorra and the Consell General (Parliament), which led to the political and social transformation of the Principality of Andorra. Headed by Guillermo de Areny Plandolit, the bishop of Urgell Josep Caixal and Estradé accepted and signed the decree with the reform plan the same year and the French prince Napoleon III ratified it three years later. From then until the constitution of 1993 the General Council of Andorra, then General Council of the Valleys, has been composed of 24 councilors who later elect the general syndicate. The votes were of each homeowner and the chosen ones were different from the common and the council.

The motif shows the main hall of «Casa de la Vall» (at the seat of the Parliament of Andorra) with the inscription «150 ANYS DE LA NOVA REFORMA DE 1866», the year of issue «2016» and the name of the issuing State « Andorra ».
