Obverse of Finland Official Blister - Suomenlinna 2012
Details The Official Blister 2012 is the seventh coin set to be issued in the "Finnish Lighthouses" series and contains the 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 cent coins and 1, 2 euros (unc),as well as a commemorative Suomenlinna mint medal.

The folder features the sea fortress landmark, the towering Alexander Nevsky Church was given a Finnish overhaul and the roof was adapted to fit a combined sea and air lighthouse. The lighthouse on the church tower continues to serve air and sea traffic by signalling four flashes of light to spell the letter H in Morse code to signify Helsinki. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people visit the base of the lighthouse as Suomenlinna is one of Finland's most popular tourist sites.

Finnish euro coins have three designs, though two of them are each found on one coin only. Heikki Haivaoja was the designer of the Finnish euro coins for the minor and middle series of coins. Pertti Makinen is the designer of the Finnish 1 euro coin and Raimo Heino is the designer of the Finnish 2 Euro coin. Finnish euro coins 1999 - 2006 carry the mint mark M which is the initial of the mint master at The Mint of Finland, Raimo Makkonen.
