The second official blister of 2015 from the Republic of San Marino contains a full set of euro coins (1 cent to 2 euros), as well as a commemorative 5 euro coins.
On 20 December 2013, the UN General Assembly 68th Session proclaimed 2015 as the International Year of Light and Light-based Technologies (IYL 2015). Thus, the UN recognized the importance of raising global awareness about how light-based technologies promote sustainable development and provide solutions to global challenges in energy, education, agriculture and health.
The 5 euros coin was designed by Matt Dent.
