Details The Official Blister 2015 contains a full set of circulating euros (1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 cents and 1, 2 euros).

Slovakia became an independent state in January 1993 after Czechoslovakia split into its two constituent parts. Relations between Slovak Republic and European Union are based on the European Association Agreement, which was signed on 4th of October 1993 and came into force on 1st of February 1995. Joining the European Union was a priority for Slovak foreign policy since the Slovak Republic was established as an independent country in 1993.

The design of the Slovak coins was selected by public vote, where more than 140,000 people participated. The most popular design was the Coat of arms of Slovakia (33,068 votes), followed by the Krivan peak (24,589 votes) and the Bratislava Castle (21,792 votes).
