It’s ok to change your mind

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and if there are any issues with it we will act immediately and offer you the best possible solution.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within one month. This means you can return any coins, sets, banknotes, official blisters or any other items purchased on our site within 30 days of the original purchase. No questions asked!

We accept partial returns for specific items in your order, or full returns for the entire order and we will offer a replacement -in case the item was damaged- or a full refund. You can select whichever option is more suitable for you.

How to return your order

Returning or Exchanging Items

Before returning a product, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email you originally received, or using our on-line contact form. If you opt for the latter option, please include your order ID and any relevant information in your message.

If you are returning non-damaged items, for example if you change your mind about a purchase, you will be burdened with the shipping cost for the return. In case of damaged goods, we will cover all relevant expenses by including your costs to you refund.

Pease note that the returned items must arrive in the same condition as they were sent. If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Fleur-de-coin.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
